YantraVision is a machine vision and AI engineering company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We build FPGA-powered inspection, sorting, and quality control systems for industries including printing, packaging, textile, and agriculture.

• Cloudflare — our CDN and DDoS protection layer, which handles all web traffic to this site
• Contact Form 7 — the WordPress plugin that routes your form submission to our email inbox

Each of these is a data processor acting on our behalf, bound by their own privacy and security policies. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns.

Cookies & Tracking

This website uses a minimal set of cookies:

• Cloudflare cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) — set automatically for bot detection and security. These are strictly functional and not used for advertising.
• WordPress session cookies — set only if you access the WordPress admin panel (not relevant to regular site visitors).

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising-related tracking on this website.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Contact form submissions are received as emails in our inbox. We retain these for as long as the business conversation is active or relevant. If you ask us to delete a message or stop contacting you, we will do so promptly.

We do not maintain a CRM database populated with website visitor information.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not notify you by email unless a change significantly affects how we handle data you previously submitted.
